The newest product from E.L.F. Cosmetics is their C-Bright Putty Primer. It claims to contain 2% Vitamin C to brighten your skin. The name seems pretty straightforward. E.L.F products are vegan and cruelty-free.
I personally have not had a lot of good experiences with primer, and they often break me out or give me a rash. I’m hesitant to put something all over my face. I think a product that doubles as skincare is a great addition to the beauty scene. Not a new idea, but a good one. The less products used on the skin, the better the skin. I personally use Clarins Flash Balm as a primer and as a way to brighten the skin and have it look firmer. I realize this isn’t a very affordable product to most people, so I’d be interested to see how this putty primer compares.
