NEW ELF Big Mood Mascara

1. Would I buy it? Well, maybe
2. Would buying it be a good idea for me? Sure
3. Why or why not? I always want to try a new mascara, but I do wish that it was waterproof. I am a crier, and you never know, I might run into the ocean and forget what I’m wearing on my eyes. I also tend to shy away from ones that add volume. Who knows though, maybe this would become my go to mascara.
