Positive Energy Eye Shadow Palette
- Would I buy it? Probably not
- Would buying it be a good idea for me? No
- Why or why not? I have found tarte to be a bit touch and go. The colors are pretty, but there are no swatches on the product page, and there are a lot of colors I just wouldn’t use. I’m not part of the demographic anyway since it’s from their sister brand Sugar Rush.
